How to get started:

1. An Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnostic evaluation.
2. A referral for ABA signed by your child's Doctor. 
3. A copy of your insurance card, if using insurance.

*If you are planning on using an alternative form of funding such as private pay or scholarship, please contact our team for required documentation.  

    4. Once all documentation has been reviewed, a member of our team will contact you regarding scheduling an assessment.
